You agree to use our materials, including the DealSMARTS methodology and online learning platforms, solely for lawful professional development purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary materials without express written consent.

3. Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS/MMS)

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you consent to receive text messages from LiquidSMARTS.

  • Program Description: We may send you messages regarding account security, training updates, appointment reminders, and occasional marketing offers relevant to your inquiries.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and training schedules.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
  • How to Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
