  • Enterprise terms. We use enterprise and business-tier AI services under terms that exclude customer content from provider model training.
  • What we do not submit. We do not submit protected health information, personally identifiable information beyond ordinary business contact details, or client-designated restricted data to any AI service absent specific written instruction.
  • Human accountability. A qualified human reviews and accepts responsibility for every deliverable and every decision that affects you. We do not make decisions about you by automated processing alone.
  • Provenance markers. Documents, files, images, and other digital artifacts you receive from us should be expected to carry AI content provenance markers, including embedded watermarks, C2PA Content Credentials, and file metadata recording the tool or platform of origin.
