The Differentiator
A Falsifiable Value Guarantee
Before collecting a single baseline data point, we pre-register the effect-size thresholds the cohort must hit. Not satisfaction scores. Not engagement metrics. Measured performance change against the client's own baseline.
The guarantee triggers when at least two of the three tiers hit their thresholds. Miss the bar: the client pays nothing for Month 3 and keeps everything — all IP, all materials, all capability built. We retain only the right to publish the anonymized result.
Tier 1 — Self-Report, Bias-Corrected
Composite AI capability score up at least 0.4 standard deviations against the pre-program baseline. Anchoring vignettes and social-desirability correction applied to neutralize response bias.
Tier 2 — Behavioral Telemetry
Unique-output volume up at least 30%, with a measurable broadening of tool use — not just doing more of the same thing faster.
Tier 3 — Downstream Outcome
At least one named business metric up at least 10%, net of controls. For commercial teams: pipeline velocity, cycle time, or win rate. For knowledge work: deliverable throughput or decision-quality scoring.
The Guarantee Term
If the cohort does not hit at least two of three tiers by Day 90: Month 3 invoice is voided. The client retains all materials, all IP, and all capability built during the program. We retain the right to publish the anonymized study.

The measurement architecture is a structural equation model with three independent indicator tiers feeding one latent construct: AI Advantage. Identification is within-subject first.
Where within-subject is insufficient, we use staggered-rollout difference-in-differences (modern estimators). Where that is unavailable, synthetic control. The methodology is peer-review ready — and every engagement tightens it.

Anchoring vignettes and social-desirability-corrected self-report measures before Day 1.
Behavioral Telemetry
Tool use logged throughout. Volume and breadth of output tracked against baseline — not self-reported.
