Mrs. Laughlin is the principal of the Real Estate Specialty Services Practice at LiquidSMARTS℠. She is passionate about the strategic implications of human capital development.
Throughout her greater than 25-year career, she has touched all areas of the real estate industry, from brokerage services to operations; investment sales to human resources; corporate services to leadership development and sales training; and investment management to marketing and branding.
As a highly energetic and dynamic leader, she leverages her keen ability to bring a unique perspective into the world of Professional Services Consulting. She has demonstrated expertise in various facets of the commercial real estate arena, from privately-held regional brokerage firms to a global, publicly traded, Fortune 500 and S&P 500 corporations. She always sees the “Big Picture” and applies her strategic approach to human capital to professional business coaching and sales training.
Mrs. Laughlin is Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Texas, and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).
Mr. Johnson directs the Leadership Practice at LiquidSMARTS℠. He is passionate about education and personnel development through leadership and skill development.
For more than 30 years, he has proven to be a masterful sales advisor, trainer and inspiring mentor with a unique ability to keep teams and employees challenged and engaged. He has helped thousands of people navigate the dynamic and complex selling environment. His exceptional skills span Personal & Professional Development in Leadership, Healthcare, the Life Sciences and Technology.
He is the co-author of a book that gives medical professionals a “12-minute MBA” in the areas of persuasive communication, strategic planning, negotiations, and conflict resolution. He is sought out as a featured speaker for industry and association events as well as national sales meetings since 1999.
Mr. Johnson holds an M.Ed. degree from the College of New Jersey and a B.S. in education from Rider University in Trenton, NJ. He is a former adjunct faculty member for the Wharton School Leadership Program for chiefs of surgery.

Shea Dausch has a diverse background in retail and healthcare. His background includes operations, Distribution and sales, with relationships with the major GPOs and leading IDNs executives.
As an Officer at NCI he is responsible for client target meeting qualification. His responsibilities include all tasks associated with Sales and National Accounts; develop and strengthen senior executive contacts with clients, GPOs and IDNs; establish and maintain clear communication channels between NCI, providers, and clients on pursuit of client target meetings.

Dennis Pierson has more than 38 years of experience in the healthcare industry. His diverse experience within healthcare has proven him a top performer in the Pharmaceutical and Medical/Surgical arena as it relates to Sales, Sales Management, National Accounts and Contract Management, specifically focusing on Distribution, GPO’s, Integrated Delivery Networks (IDN’s), Extended LTC, Alternate Site, Non Acute and Strategic Influential Health Care Centers. He has held VP and Director level positions with Pharmacia(Pfizer), PDI, The Dial Corporation, and SDI Diagnostics. A true Healthcare advocate throughout his career, Dennis has served time on the Boards of both HIGPA and HealthCareers Foundation/Hired Heroes. As Vice President of Client Services for the Pharmaceutical and Laboratory segments at NCI, Dennis is responsible for managing client relationships with GPOs, IDNS, Coalitions, Hospitals, Distributors and Partner targets. He will also support and implement the day to day operations and initiatives of these unique Clients.
Jim Dausch has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. At NCI, Jim oversees operations, including strategic direction of the firm. His background includes: Bio Medical Engineering, Materials Management, Group Purchasing, International Consulting, Manufacturing, Corporate Accounts, Sales and Marketing, and Sales Management.
At NCI, Jim is responsible for the leadership and direction of key business partner engagements, business development, and strategic planning. He works as a business development partner to represent medical device, medical products, capital, distributor, service, technology, pharmaceutical, laboratory companies. To group purchasing organizations, and integrated delivery networks, coalitions, health systems, stand-alone health systems, Alternet site, home care. With expertise in corporate development and the cultivation of industry relationships, He generates unique opportunities for supplier clients in the healthcare arena.
Jim is the sole owner of NCI Consulting Group and the primary contributor to NCI’s national recognition as the leading consulting firm in business development of market solicitation and penetration solutions.
Mr. Wessels heads the Australia office of LiquidSMARTS and is a member of the leadership team. He is passionate about developing client relationships and increasing balance and productive self-expression in all aspects of life.
He brings direct experience in the Australian market and its corporate education and development norms. This experience is derived from sales experience in Technology and Insurance market verticals where he was a top performer and valued colleague to many. He has demonstrated the ability to positively affect business processes and procedures in client engagement and solution adoption.
The executive team of LiquidSMARTS relies on his education and expertise in Law and Communications to ensure that programs, certifications, assessments and self-directed training conforms with regulatory requirements and regional variations in client acquisition and engagement.

Mr. Woodyard has a more than 20-year legacy of consistent success in a variety of fields, fostering process-driven growth and scalability in healthcare, clinical trials, real estate, and the fine arts.
He brings a unique, innovative and analytical perspective to building and developing the LiquidSMARTS℠ community. His commitment to identifying, anticipating pain points and providing solutions is a valuable addition to the organization as it innovates training, development and assessments for its clients.
